Job Details

Our client, a telecommunications business based in City of London, is seeking a Facilities Temp who has reception experience and ideally facilities experience. The client offers a shift pattern of either 8am-4:30pm or 9.30am-6pm, the successful candidate will choose one shift pattern to work.
Key responsibilities will include:
•Conducting daily checks of the work area.
•Supporting with reception queries.
•Managing visitors to the site.
•Assisting with events.
•Coordinating external contractors.
•Setting up rooms.
•Managing snack and stationary stock.
•Collecting fruit deliveries from the loading bay.
•Assisting with general ad hoc workplace requests.
Requirements:
•Previous experience working in reception.
•Facilities background is preferred.
•Good communication skills.
•Good organisational skills.
