Facilities Coordinator

BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Property and Facilities Co
- Ordinator to work within a multimillion-pound luxury retirement living complex based in the Muswell Hill, N10 area.
The role is to oversee the running and upkeep of the service, maintaining extremely high standards across all areas and delivering excellent customer service to clients and service users across the board.
Monday to Friday 09.00 / 17.00
£13.71 per hour PAYE or £17.21 UMB
**Main duties include but are not limited to;**
- Reporting repairs
- Liaising with contractors
- Health and safety checks
- Managing the cleaning and gardening teams
- General facilities management
- Providing outstanding customer service at all times
This scheme boasts over 150 properties, 2 beautifully landscaped gardens and concierge service so someone with similar experience of working with in a high end and professional environment is essential.
**This is a full time temp to perm position to start ASAP.**
