Exciting Opportunity for Customer Support Representatives with DoWell UX Living Lab
DoWell UX Living Lab, a division of DoWell Research. As a globally renowned User Experience research team, we have been trusted by top brands like Google and Spotify since 1995. With our extensive research background, we are now developing management products for small to medium-sized businesses globally.
Job Description:
Full-Time Freelancer: We require your full-time commitment, with meetings scheduled at our convenience. If you are currently employed or a student, please do not apply. Equipment: Must have a laptop/PC with a webcam. Long-Term Opportunity: This is a long-term position. Availability: Must be available for meetings every Monday and Friday. Budget: Task basedSkills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in using customer support software and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a teamDuration:

Provide excellent customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services Maintain and update our knowledge base and documentation Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceLocation:
