Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team at OpenTable. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of our products, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
* Answer customer and employee inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels
* Provide outstanding service and support to our customers
* Accurately and efficiently log all contacts in our CRM (Salesforce)
* Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, with a bias towards customer service
* 1+ year's experience providing customer support, preferably in a software support environment
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
