What You'll Do:

The VIP Data Research Assistant will play a crucial role within the VIP Team at Frieze, focusing on maintaining accurate and updated data related to VIP guests. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all data concerning VIPs is clean, organized, and up to date. This role will involve working closely with the VIP and Data Teams to research potential VIPs and clean incoming data from the invitations process. 

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Data Cleaning and Maintenance: Regularly review and clean VIP data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Research and Identification: Conduct research to identify potential VIPs including collectors, art advisors, curators, and museum staff, ensuring the database remains up to date with current post-holder information. Event Briefings: Create briefings for senior stakeholders attending VIP events, so the team is familiar with the profiles of their guests.  Collaboration with VIP Team: Work closely with the VIP team to understand their needs and priorities regarding VIP data. Provide support in cleaning and updating data based on their requirements.  Research and Gallery and Institution Nominations: Review VIPs nominated by exhibiting galleries and institutions, identifying VIPs who are unknown to Frieze and ensuring they are in the database, including plus ones that attend the fair.  Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on VIP data to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency. Identify and address any issues or errors promptly with the VIP and Data Teams 

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot and correct errors in data.  Excellent research and writing skills.  High level of proficiency in data management tools and software, such as Excel, and CRM systems.  Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with the VIP team and internal stakeholders.  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.  Knowledge or interest in the art industry and familiarity with key players, institutions, and trends is a plus.  Endeavor unites and brings people together in our love of sport, culture, and entertainment.
