Hybrid Schedule: The contractor will beremote but might be required to come to Boulders for meetings acouple of times permonth. Description:
Currently Enterprise Solutions is not fully staffed to performoperations and maintenance for its inplace applications in additionto developing new enterprise facing applications.
Asystems analyst is required to provide technical analysis userdocumentation and coordinate changes for legacy.net applications aswell as for new enterprise solutions.
This individualwill be expected to work with the current development team toquickly learn VITAs base system to support and expandit.
This position will be responsible for interactingwith agency customers on a daily basis to provide guidance on theusage and development of .NET applications.
Thisposition will serve as the technical expert in implementationmaintenance and support and also has the ability to facilitate andpromote the use applications to improve operational efficienciesand customer service at VITA. Responsibilities:
Knowledge of full application lifecycle development and projectdesign tools and methodologies.
Ability to specify anddesign technical solutions and demonstrate competence in developingsolutions in cooperation with the customer.
Excellentcommunication skills including written and verbal; ability topresent ideas clearly and concisely. Strong analyticalskills.
Requires strong interpersonal skills includingthe ability to work well on a team share and collaborate onprojects help develop technical and strategy items.
Requires ability to conduct business in a professional manner andhave ability to interact with all levels of organizations partnersand vendors.
Demonstrated planning and organizingability can prioritize work activities; uses timeefficiently.
Ability to maintain the highest level ofconfidentiality.
Ability to multitask between concurrentassignments prioritizes effectively and work in fast pacedorganization.
Must have the ability to interact withcustomers in a positive professional manner.
Inparticular must be able to listen to business user needs translatethem into business and technical requirements and implementsolutions to meet these needs using MS Dynamics CRM or xRM COTSpackages or .NET.
Ability to decompose businessrequirements into testable system requirements for development andtesting purposes Required & Desired Skills:
Mandatory system analysisexperience
Demonstrated experience with Microsofttechnologies
Computer Science Degree or a combination ofeducation and experience my substitute for degree
Experience with testing scripts and system testing aplus.
Experience with business process and/or workflowsrequired.
Experience with use cases a plus.
Experience with logical data flows a plus.
Experienceworking with diversified stakeholders and understanding the projectneeds
Experience working with business users to documentrequested changes to determine impact to IT applications
Experience decomposing business requirements into discrete partsfor IT application development and testing
Experiencewith planning and monitoring application development changesthrough the full systems development life cycle
Abilityto collaboratively develop and deliver solutions with both onsiteand remote teams.
Experience in communicating andcoordinating with internal business customers and developers todetermine software requirements and system impacts.
Experience working with end users with high level training andtroubleshooting and overall application adoption
PowerPlatform (Power Apps Power BI and Power Apps Portals) and Azureexposure beneficial.
