Description:

Senior BusinessAnalyst will support project to design and implement a newEnterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and data exchange. Work onEnterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) Modernization project within theData Exchange Program. This project will replace the existing datawarehouse with a new cloud architecture integrate with a variety ofsource systems and implement a Master Person Identifier (MPI) tolink individuals across data sources. Connections to source systemswill be configured and reports will be refactored. Will coordinateextensively with internal and external stakeholders to gather anddocument requirements analyze business needs and collect analyzeand document the data to be ingested into the EDW.

Daytoday Responsibilities:

  • Creating datadictionaries with input from data stewards; meeting withstakeholders to document report requirements.
  • Working with the business and IT to understand anddocument current business processes and identifying opportunitiesto streamline processes and reporting.
  • Thisposition will also oversee quality assurance processes to ensurethat the delivered solutions meet business requirements and adhereto data governance and security standards.
  • This role requires an experienced analyst who is skilledin listening understanding and communicating with business andtechnical stakeholders.
  • Intermediate toadvanced SQL querying skills and experience with data analysisreporting and business intelligence is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to takeinitiative and ownership over their work is a must.
