This position will work closely withmultiple stakeholders Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and developmentteams to document business requirements & business flowdiagrams. This is a hybrid position and will be expected to workboth remotely & in office.

This positionis responsible for enterprisewide business analysis of webapplications for the Office of Information Management (OIM) and itscustomers. This position will work closely with multiplestakeholders Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and development teams todocument business requirements. The Business Analyst will report tothe Project Manager to ensure business requirements enhancementsmodifications and newly identified business initiatives arethoroughly documented for successful implementation of InformationTechnology solutions.
Specific Tasks such as:
Working with customers and project management team to developbusiness requirements in response to requests for systemsenhancements modifications and newly identified businessinitiatives
Working with technical team and vendor toensure requirements are incorporated into systems design andtesting
Evaluating alternative strategies and makingrecommendations for viable solutions that are compatible withcurrent technologies and systems
Developing requirementsdocumentation and business flow diagrams
Activelyparticipating in functional and systems integration unit testing;creating test plans scenarios and testing results
Assisting customers with testing
Developing andpresenting training to customers
Providingimplementation and maintenance support
Meeting regularlywith customers
Proactively making suggestions forsystems and process improvement and performing competitive problemand opportunity analysis emphasizing integration experimentationcreative brainstorming early complexity assessment and capturingresults in the form of a business case to propose a new changeinitiative
Keep Project Manager informed of key issuesthat may impact project implementation
Facilitateproject conference calls status meetings planning sessions andprovide for meeting notes
