About the role and practice

If you're a patient-focused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than Portman Smile Clinic in Lewisham , South East London.

Part-time - 24-32 hours per week Availability must include Wednesdays 9-5 and hours over Thursday and Friday, otherwise we can be flexible, including within school hours. Great High Street location for public transport links

At this 2-surgery, specialist Orthodontic practice, we care for both NHS and private patients. You’ll work alongside Specialist Orthodontists and Therapists in this modern and well-equipped practice. Our Lewisham Portman Smile Clinic is one of circa 70 specialist orthodontic practices within PortmanDentex, making us the  leading orthodontic provider  in the UK.

This role will involve some Treatment Coordinating duties.

About you

We welcome your application if you have management or TCO/Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (, retail / hospitality) will also be considered.

Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
