As the Deputy Manager, you will also be the home’s Clinical Lead: heading upthe delivery of optimal nursing care across the home and assisting the General Manager with the home’s operations. This is a permanent, full-time position for a Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse), days only.

 

Person specification:

  • (Essential) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN / RMHN).
  • (Essential) Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs.
  • (Essential) Clinical leadership experience – e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, and supporting the development of a clinical team.
