Deputy Nursing Home Manager Job Opportunity

About the Role

Purosearch Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager, you will play a key role in the management of a nursing home, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with best practice and regulatory requirements.
  2. Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that residents' needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  5. Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with relevant policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, infection control, and data protection.

Requirements

  1. A Nursing qualification and active PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is essential.
  2. Experience in a nursing home setting or elderly care setting is required.
  3. Previous leadership or senior experience is desirable.
  4. Excellent clinical skills and an awareness of CI/SSSC are essential.
