Deputy Nursing Home Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join our team at Purosearch. As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our nursing home, working closely with the management team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of the nursing home, including supervising staff and coordinating care plans.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursing home.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects to improve the quality of care and services provided.
Requirements
  • A Nursing qualification and active PIN is a must (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
  • Experience in a Nursing Home setting or elderly care setting.
  • Previous leadership or senior experience is desirable.
  • Excellent clinical skills and an awareness of CI/SSSC.
