Commercial Contracts Administrator

Manchester –  2 office days per week

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing and updating the contract tracker on a daily basis Running weekly contract progress reports and follow up on actions with the Commercial Contracts Manager and Legal team Traffic control and distribute contracts, comments, and negotiations between the commercial team, legal department, and clients Assisting with obtaining signed agreements and client billing/account details Handling the issuance of insurance certificates as required Maintaining the insurance register tracking liability levels for projects Generating Deltek reports on contract status, project status, and priority actions Supporting the annual insurance renewal process by collating contract data Ensuring accurate setup of billing details, schedules, and payment terms Collecting and distributing any required supplier information

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Strong written communication skills  Interest in contracts, agreements, and commercial matters with a desire to develop commercial acumen Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a high-pressure environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and contract management systems Construction industry experience is desirable but not essential
