**Job summary**:
We are recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join our specialist Commercial Team.

In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial Team across a wide range of activities including procurement and contract management.

The Commercial Administrator role will be the central point of contact in the Commercial Team for all general enquiries that come into the Commercial Team.

This could include enquiries from colleagues, suppliers or other stakeholders on procurement activity, or to handle enquiries and provide advice in relation to service delivery on specific contracts such as vehicle hire, corporate travel and events bookings.

As a Commercial Administrator you will be required to articulate the advice so that is easy to understand both verbally and in writing in a timely and confident manner. You will be capable of managing your time efficiently and will prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines. Your work will also involve making use of our IT systems to capture management information and to produce accurate reports.

Does this describe you? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to further your experience in Ofsted’s well-established Commercial Team. You will work with high-achieving professionals at all levels, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team. You will have access to amazing benefits, such as flexible working hours, the Civil Service Pension Scheme, Civil Service Learning and 32.5 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays. You will be based in our modern, centrally located office building in Manchester Piccadilly.

Ofsted operates a hybrid working approach, allowing colleagues to benefit from time in the office, with the flexibility also to work from home. Our expectation is that you will spend at last 60% of your time working in your office, or at external meetings or events. The exact balance will depend on the nature of your role and the suitability of your home environment and will be discussed and agreed with your Line Manager.
