**We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Contract Support Administrator / FM Administrator to join our facilities management team within Wates FM. You will be working on one of our key clients, JLL and based out of our fantastic offices in Spinningfields, Manchester. Working alongside the team, you will be supporting with all Contract Administration including financial aspects of contract delivery, quotations, raising of purchase orders PPM & Extra Work invoicing & collections and liaising with specialist Sub-Contractors**.**

**Key Accountabilities will include**:

- Reporting the Client & Internal Stakeholders
- Working alongside the Technical Services Manager to produce the monthly reports
- Issue monthly PPM and reactive invoices
- Ownership of all contractual purchase orders
- Logging of all jobs through the site CAFM system, Concept Evolution to produce the monthly PPM’s
- Working alongside the site team capturing all overtime / holidays and reconciling monthly
- Actively chase supplier invoices

**We are looking for **an experienced Contract Support Administrator / FM Administrator who has worked within the FM industry who is commercially astute and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**To be successful in the role **you will have excellent communication skills, be numerate, diligent and have an excellent attention to detail. Ideally, you will have previous experience and a sound working knowledge of Concept Evolution.
