Job Description

Your mission will be to implement and design solutions that enhance our project lifecycle management while being the representative voice of the team. Your technical acumen will be key as you navigate project intricacies, while your communicative skills will ensure that our team’s efforts are synchronized with the company’s broader objectives. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact, balancing hands-on technical tasks (70%) with the vital role of team spokesperson (30%).

Your Responsibilities: 

Orchestrate and oversee the design and implementation of Atlassian tools (especially Jira and Confluence) and related platforms (add-ins and integrations) across the company, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in the use and application of the Atlassian tools within the company, and alignment with company-wide product lifecycle management. 

Gather requirements for business processes and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA/Confluence build and configure. 

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and processes coordinate and lead activities across the full project lifecycle. 

Serve as the voice of the team, communicating and coordinating the activities, representing the team (30%) 

Follow up with the team on service requests configuring, operating, and automating Atlassian Cloud (Jira and Confluence) to meet business requirements, and provide general support for Atlassian or other services related to the Product Lifecycle process (like Jama or Enterprise Architect). 

Your Skills and Experience: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 

Proven experience in project management, particularly with Atlassian tools, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. 

Good leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization and align with multi-cultural and multi-lingual sites. Fluent English written and spoken is mandatory. 

Proven experience administering, designing, and developing with Atlassian tools - specifically Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian Access for user management. 

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Development experience with at least one coding language (preferred: Java, Python, Groovy). 

 
Bonus Points: 

Certified Project Manager (PMI, Prince2), Agile or DevOps practitioner. 

Experience in product lifecycle management and related applications like Jama or Enterprise Architect or PLM tools (Arena, Aras, Teamcenter, Windchill…). 

Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies. 

Good development skills in Java and Python and knowledge of Git for version control and code management.
