Scientific Recruiter

Here at The ONE Group, our Scientific & High-Tech Division is growing quickly . Based in our Cambourne office and serving the ever-evolving scientific landscape, primarily in the Cambridge area, we’re looking for Recruitment Consultants with curious mindsets, who are able to translate and understand scientific and technical concepts, as well as having the confidence to learn and talk ‘the lingo’

Our days are kept busy talking to and meeting with these talented candidates and clients, on roles ranging from Technicians or Graduates, PostDocs, Seniors and even CTO. We get a real buzz from talking to Scientists and Engineers

As well as helping start-ups and scale-ups, we have also built longstanding relationships with established companies who call upon our support on an ongoing basis. You’ll most definitely be joining a team with an experienced and trusted reputation.

This is an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant, at any stage in their career, to join this expanding team and work in a diverse sector where you will never be bored or twiddling your thumbs.

We would also be keen to hear from anyone with a Scientific or highly technical background who would like to steer their career in a less ‘hands-on’, more commercial direction, whilst still being able to maintain their technical background.

Whichever category you are in, to succeed in this role you should thrive on working in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated and driven, team oriented, confident talking to people, forward-thinking and have a genuine interest in this specialism.
