What You’ll Do:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide high-level technical support and training for Electron Microscopy systems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote diagnostics.
  • Deliver global service instruction and training on SEMs.
  • Manage technical queries, escalations, and complaints using 2nd Level ticketing.
  • Write and update support bulletins, field instructions, and technical manuals.
  • Travel internationally to assist field engineers and maintain training materials.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Highly skilled specialist in Electron Microscope Systems.
  • At least 5 years’ industry experience.
  • Master's degree in Physics/Electronics/etc.
  • Willingness to undertake international travel at short notice.
  • Ability to work under pressure with unsolved 1st Line Support issues.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Any additional language skills
