This is an opportunity to join our small compensation and benefits team supporting a global company, meaning you will have a real impact on the business. You are a highly motivated individual with recognised experience in data control, excellent analytical skills, and a very good command of excel. You are comfortable with multiple data bases and IT systems and are a strong team player, able to work with colleagues from multiple departments globally.**Your Responsibilities**
- Ensuring data quality from our HR information system
- Supporting with annual personnel budget data control
- Budget versus actual data analysis
- Creating and extracting reporting from multiple sources
- People analytics
- Act as the main point of contact for externals
- Long term incentive plan administrator
- Assisting with the formalisation of procedures and instructions to ensure HR data comprehensiveness, updates, and accuracy.
