ManpowerGroup is in search of a skilled Procurement Project Specialist to enhance our global Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners to foster a competitive edge for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and influence the strategic direction of the designated product line concerning procurement market trends.
  • Develop and execute a cohesive project supply chain strategy in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Engage actively in steering committees for projects and product lines.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between external suppliers and internal departments.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for procurement agreements.
  • Conduct thorough problem analysis, devise structured solutions, and make prompt decisions, including effective escalation management.
  • Oversee comprehensive Supply Chain processes, including SAP-driven RFQs and purchase orders, monitor order confirmations, and ensure material availability.
  • Manage Engineering Change Management for assigned product lines and projects.

Skills and Experience:

  • Genuine interest in high-technology and developing customer-centric solutions.
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and methodical approach to work.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Procurement, and/or Project Management.
  • Proficient in handling large datasets, with a talent for summarizing and presenting information effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP and the Microsoft Office suite.
