About the Role:

A global leader in optics and technology, Manpower Uk Ltd, is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence with your data insights and reporting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and distribute weekly/monthly reports on key business metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Calculate profit/loss for service activities and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the maintenance and optimization of SAP/CRM systems and data processes.
  • Develop automations using Power Automate to streamline business operations.
  • Assist with sales commission calculations and ad-hoc reporting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements:

  • 12-18 months of business experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
  • Familiarity with data processing and tools like SAP and Power Automate is a plus.
