Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Manpower UK - RISE. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by leveraging your data insights and reporting expertise to support business operations.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position with 37.5 hours per week. The role will involve working in a hybrid environment, with the first few weeks based in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and distribute weekly/monthly reports on key business metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Calculate profit/loss for service activities and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Support the maintenance and development of business systems, including SAP and CRM.
  • Develop automations using Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist with sales commission calculations and provide ad-hoc reporting to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • 12-18 months of business experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with data processing and tools like SAP and Power Automate is a plus.
