Cambourne, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom The ONE Group Ltd Full time
Position Overview

At The ONE Group Ltd, our Scientific & High-Tech Division is experiencing rapid growth. We are seeking Technical Talent Acquisition Specialists who possess a keen interest in the scientific domain and can effectively communicate complex scientific and technical ideas.

We prioritize establishing enduring relationships with our professional networks rather than mere transactions. Our fascination lies in the individuals we engage with and their contributions to the field. We take pride in the impact our efforts have on expanding teams and how these contributions can influence significant projects. Our partnerships include some of the brightest minds, often responsible for pioneering advancements in technology.

Our daily activities involve engaging with and meeting talented candidates and clients for various roles, including Technicians, Graduates, PostDocs, Senior Scientists, and even Chief Technology Officers. We derive great satisfaction from our interactions with Scientists and Engineers.

In addition to supporting start-ups and scale-ups, we have cultivated long-term relationships with established organizations that rely on our expertise consistently. Joining our team means becoming part of a group with a well-respected and experienced reputation.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant at any career stage to join our expanding team and work within a dynamic sector that promises continuous engagement and growth.

We are also interested in hearing from individuals with a scientific or highly technical background who wish to transition into a more commercial role while still leveraging their technical expertise.

To excel in this position, candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-driven and collaborative, possess strong communication skills, and have a genuine passion for this specialization.

At The ONE Group Ltd, we embrace a unique approach; we are committed to our employees' success and provide comprehensive training and resources to facilitate this. Our goal is to equip you with the coaching and guidance necessary to enhance your existing skills and introduce you to new concepts. We are not driven by KPIs and strive to offer maximum autonomy.

From the outset, you will undergo an intensive onboarding process, followed by ongoing workshops, evaluations, and additional training resources. Our dedicated Talent & Development Manager will be available to address any knowledge gaps throughout your career, and your manager, an accomplished recruiter, will provide continuous support and insights. We believe in lifelong learning and aim to ensure you are fully prepared to excel in your role.

If you envision yourself as part of a market-leading recruitment consultancy that values enjoyment in the workplace, we offer a range of benefits in exchange for your dedication and expertise:

  • Competitive base salary, along with bonus and commission opportunities
  • Significant career advancement potential
  • Comprehensive Private Healthcare
  • Incentives for European travel
  • Performance-based rewards for both the company and individuals
  • An additional day off to celebrate your birthday
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements
  • A supportive office environment
  • Numerous other essential benefits

We look forward to discussing this opportunity with you.
