ManpowerGroup is in search of a skilled Project Buyer to enhance our global Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. This role is pivotal in establishing a competitive edge for our organization by collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and refine the roadmap of the designated product line with respect to market-relevant purchasing aspects.
  • Develop and execute a cohesive project supply chain strategy in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Engage actively in steering committees for projects and product lines.
  • Facilitate effective communication between external vendors and internal teams.
  • Negotiate procurement terms and contractual agreements.
  • Conduct thorough problem analysis, formulate structured solutions, and make prompt decisions, including effective escalation processes.
  • Oversee the complete range of Supply Chain processes, including SAP-based RFQs and purchase orders, monitor order confirmations, and ensure material availability.
  • Manage Engineering Change Management for the assigned product lines and projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Genuine interest in high-technology and crafting customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong collaborative skills with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and methodical individual.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Procurement, and/or Project Management.
  • Proficient in handling large datasets, with a talent for summarizing and presenting information effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP and the Microsoft Office suite.
