ManpowerGroup is in search of a skilled Project Buyer to enhance our global Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. This role is pivotal in fostering a competitive edge by collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and refine the strategic direction of the designated product line with respect to market-driven purchasing considerations.
- Develop and execute a cohesive project supply chain strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Engage actively in steering committees for projects and product lines.
- Facilitate seamless communication between external suppliers and internal teams.
- Negotiate procurement terms and contractual agreements.
- Conduct thorough problem analysis, formulate structured solutions, and make prompt decisions, including effective escalation processes.
- Oversee comprehensive Supply Chain processes, including SAP-based requests for quotations (RFQs) and purchase orders, monitor order confirmations, and ensure material availability.
- Manage Engineering Change Management for assigned product lines and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Procurement, or Project Management.

- Advanced proficiency in SAP and the Microsoft Office suite.
