We are seeking a motivated and skilled full-time Lead Physiotherapy Specialist to become a vital member of our Intermediate Care Team. This role focuses on enhancing patient care through effective therapy interventions within the community.
The successful candidate will provide essential clinical therapy support to our growing service, ensuring that patients receive optimal care in their own environments. This includes maximizing patient potential during the critical early stages following their discharge from medical facilities.
Key Responsibilities
The Lead Physiotherapy Specialist will:
- Deliver comprehensive clinical therapy support to patients throughout the community.
- Ensure that patients receive high-quality care in their homes, particularly during the initial phases of recovery.
- Contribute to the development of integrated care teams to enhance the clinical service delivery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote patient safety and effective patient flow.
