**Engineer - Residential Developer - Cambourne, Cambridge**

**£60,000 + Package**

Working underneath the Technical Director, you will join the technical department to assist in their Civil Engineering design work.

You will be responsible for making sure designs are produced cost effectively and delivered to an agreed timescale. You will predominantly be a civil engineer, responsibly for the management of roads and sewers and will be responsible for a handful of projects.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Providing input on potential engineering risks when business is acquiring new sites.
- Managing and reviewing Civil Engineering designs for new developments ensuring they are accurate and meet the agreed brief.
- Managing external consultants to ensure deadlines are met.
- Providing Engineering and Technical support to the site teams.
