Job Description

Home Instead Crowborough is looking for kind and compassionate individuals  to join our team and make a true difference in our clients's lives by delivering high quality care in Wadhurst . At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day. In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:

Competitive pay £12 - £15 per hour. Bank Holiday Rate: £24 per hour Minimum 1 hour calls – with client matching for continuity. Positions available: full time, part time, fixed and flexible contract. Training - full induction programme where we provide award winning training and other opportunities including apprenticeship Pension Scheme: available Employee referral bonus programme: £300  Mileage, travel time and waiting time : Paid Other benefits including: discounts schemefor shopping, basic health checks 

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. As we will support you in your Journey with training,

You will enjoy building professional friendships and enjoy spending time in the company of others.

Qualifications

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional, you just need to be a genuine caring person and have a big heart. Some voluntary experience would be helpful, especially if you have cared for a loved one. Car and Full Driving licence are required.
