Job Description

Home Instead Crowborough is looking for kind and compassionate individuals  to join our team and make a true difference in our clients's lives by delivering high quality care in Wadhurst . At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day. In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:

Competitive pay £12 - £15 per hour. Bank Holiday Rate: £24 per hour Minimum 1 hour calls – with client matching for continuity. Positions available: full time, part time, fixed and flexible contract. Training - full induction programme where we provide award winning training and other opportunities including apprenticeship Pension Scheme: available Employee referral bonus programme: £300 Mileage, travel time and waiting time   Other benefits including:  Discount Cardfor shopping in various supper markets and brands ,basic health checks 

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. As we will support you in your Journey with training,

Qualifications

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional, you just need to be a genuine caring person and have a big heart. Some voluntary experience would be helpful, especially if you have cared for a loved one. Car and Full Driving licence are required.
