We are looking for a part-time Administrator to join our Wadhurst Medical Group administration team for 20 hours per week, to provide a specialist resource for patients within our practice in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team.

**Job responsibilities will include**:

- Triaging, scanning, coding and workflowing clinical letters in line with practice protocols.
- Accurately summarising and coding relevant information into patients electronic healthcare records.
- Photocopying documentation as required.
- Carrying out clinical system searches as requested.
- Assisting the medical secretary team with new patient registrations and registration queries.
- Building relationships with GPs, Locums, Nurses and other clinical and non-clinical practice staff, and providing any other administrative support as required, in line with the needs of the practice.
- Maintaining a clean and tidyworking area at all times.

Sussex Primary Care (SPC) manage several GP surgeries across Sussex. The business is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT) and was set up to support GP practices looking for a different way of working, forming a unique and innovative partnership between GP services and NHS Community Services.
