**The Role**

We are seeking an organised office support administrator to join our team on a part time basis at our Head Office in Wadhurst. The ideal person will be experienced in office software and contribute to the efficient running of the front desk.

**Duties include**:

- Meet and assist visitors and employees, coordinating meetings and arranging caterers.
- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post including arranging couriers.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Assist in travel arrangements and accommodation bookings as required.
