We are a two course Golf Hotel based in the rolling hills of East Sussex. As a 50 bed hotel we cater for members, hotel guests and day visitors. We host competitions along with other events throughout the year and have many active golf associations.

This role is to support the Director of Golf with all membership queries. Main responsibilities are:

- To be the main point of contact for members of the golf club when it comes to membership queries
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience
- Co-ordinate members events - liaising with key contacts in the hotel such as F&B and Kitchen
- Carry out new member show rounds and inductions
- Assist with the Club diary and visitor bookings when required
- To assist with the financial administration of golf memberships and other enquiries that may come into the golf office
- Provide administrative support to the golf department
- To ensure that the golf office is adhering to all health and safety and safeguarding protocol

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
