Purpose of Role

We are recruiting for a pivotal role within our Technical Services team as part of a new Defence contract covering a London portfolio.

Job Description

The Technical Facilities Managerwould have responsibility for the operational delivery of M&E/Fabric and Hard services works including planned, reactive and small quoted works across numerous sites across the region. You will manage the overall performance of our sub-contracted delivery to ensure service delivery to the highest standards are maintained across the bases. You will continually review operating performances to ensure efficiency and first-time fix ratio is maximised. You will have extensive experience managing multi discipline facilities management and the ability to grow and develop relationships with the client.

This a new contract dedicated to the RFCA (Reserve Forces Cadet’s Associations) which goes live in August 2024 however this role will be required immediately as part of the mobilisation of the contract.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

•Experience of managing a large regional area with multiple sites
•Military / Defence exposure would be preferred
•Excellent stakeholder management skills
•Experience of managing performance (SLA’s/KPI’s) using CAFM system
•Solid knowledge of Health & Safety and Compliance (SFG20) legislation
•Technical knowledge/background + IOSH Trained
•Must have worked in the UK for the last 5 years (clearance requirement)
