About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of specialists in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and work carried out on site.
- Produce professional written documentation, including technical reports and project programs.
- Ensure all works are completed and documented in accordance with relevant British standards and internal SHEQ procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working within a similar role.
- Strong experience working within the fire and/or security industry.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work well within a close-knit team.
