Job Description

The Technical Facilities Manager will be responsible for the operational delivery of M&E/Fabric and Hard services works across numerous sites in the region. This role will involve managing the overall performance of our sub-contracted delivery to ensure service delivery to the highest standards are maintained across the bases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational delivery of M&E/Fabric and Hard services works
  • Ensure service delivery to the highest standards are maintained across the bases
  • Continually review operating performances to ensure efficiency and first-time fix ratio is maximised

Requirements

  • Experience of managing a large regional area with multiple sites
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of managing performance (SLA's/KPI's) using CAFM system
  • Solid knowledge of Health & Safety and Compliance (SFG20) legislation
  • Technical knowledge/background + IOSH Trained
