The ideal person for the Clinical Lead role:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards

What to expect in this role
  • To provide professional and clinical leadership within the Home whilst carrying out normal duties as required in the job description for a Registered General Nurse.
  • To assist the Registered Manager in their Principal Duties and Areas of Responsibility.
  • To ensure the effective referral, assessment and admission of each resident. 
  • To continuously review each resident’s care needs and effect any necessary changes to achieve planned goals.
  • To undertake any other reasonable duties or training consistent with the grade and level of responsibility of the post.
24 hours per week.
Fixed-term contract for 3 months with scope for extension.
