What you’ll do

In this role you will lead the team that is responsible for defining and delivering the strategy and roadmap for Vodafone’s Househould and Convergence propositions. You’ll have full ownership of proposition design & the GTM strategy that underpins these proposition. You will also need to establish and lead a cross-functional team to ensure that our HH & Convergence roadmap is sufficiently elevated when it comes to business prioritisation and executed brilliantly when it comes to proposition launches – helping to ensure we achieve our ambition to be both #1 for convergence and #1 for Customer Experience

This is a high profile role and as such, you’ll be empowered to be creative and innovative, developing propositions that enhance customer value and loyalty, and help Vodafone win in the market.
You will be a strategic thought leader who can spot opportunities in the market and work with delivery teams to define and deliver the roadmap for growth. For propositions already in play, your team will be accountable for performance optimisation. This will involve understanding the market to ensure competitive positioning, continuously seeking to enhance our offering and finding ways to increase market share whilst maintaining a happy customer base.

Who you are

Strong understanding of the Consumer Telco, TV and Streaming markets both in the UK & Globally, including working within a proposition and/or product role directly related to this market. Previous experience of managing a team  Track record of designing and delivering insight-led propositions, including flawless execution record where you put the customer at the heart of the change. Exceptional influencing skills at all levels of an organisation, inspiring and galvanising teams – your own as well as virtual teams – to deliver your proposition vision. Proven ability to drive change through a complex business, while dealing with multiple demanding stakeholders. A strong commercial mind, able to recommend and prioritse change that will deliver the biggest commercial benefit.
