Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Propositions strategies to drive business growth and meet regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Product Governance and Consumer Duty regulations
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize regulatory risk
  • Work closely with the business to develop and implement strategic product and proposition development initiatives
  • Ensure all products and services meet the firm's objectives and are compliant with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Strong experience in wealth/asset management and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful Propositions strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate regulatory risk
