We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Proposition Manager to join our Proposition & Innovation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering easyJet's long-term strategy, working closely with strategy and customer teams to ensure that the strategy is built on a strong foundation of consumer insight and is coherent with easyJet's broader product suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver commercial, ancillary, and proposition policies based on customer insight and financial data
  • Support the prioritisation of in-year commercial deliverables through the small change delivery process
  • Lead and influence a matrix of stakeholders to deliver objectives, interrogating and optimising economics, insights, competitor, and market trends
  • Communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact to a diverse stakeholder group
  • Coordinate complex cross-functional teams to deliver results at pace and often under pressure
