Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Proposition Manager to lead the design and build of our Loyalty Proposition. This role requires a blend of analytical and creative thinking to drive positive customer and commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in loyalty, data-driven marketing, and personalization, with a proven track record of delivering change and building a pathway through ambiguity.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analysing market, customer, and performance data to inform proposition design, leading regular updates on Financial Services Loyalty, and partnering with commercial, payments, and Sparks proposition leads.
