Main duties of the job

As a Deputy Head of Healthcare, your responsibilities will vary. You will

Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients by seeking out, listening to and acting on feedback so that patient engagement is at the centre of service delivery. You will also provide day to day operational service delivery and data which has integrity, in a timely manner to meet commissioner expectations. Deliver non-judgemental, compassionate care within the financial framework that is safe, high quality and in line with CQC requirements. This will be achieved through adherence to policies and procedures and compliance with statutory responsibilities whilst driving excellence.

Qualifications required 

Degree or appropriate equivalent level of experience or clinical qualification Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams Ability to influence and deliver information to key partners and stakeholders Experience as a CQC registered manager, or equivalent registered body Experience managing multifaceted budgets Experience of client management or meeting commissioner expectations Experience developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
