As a Bank Chef, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our Head Chef to create menus that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Head Chef in creating and implementing menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents
  2. Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring seamless delivery of meals
  3. Lead and motivate a team of chefs to maintain high standards of quality and service
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of our facilities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A personable approach with a genuine interest in resident well-being
  • City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in helping lead and inspire a team
  • Good understanding of nutrition and HACCP

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience and location.
