The Role of General Manager:
The ideal candidate will bring their A-game every day, with a passion for great food, a strong presence on the floor, and a knack for leading and developing a team. Financial accountability is key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily opening and closing procedures, including reports and cash handling
  • Briefing staff and organising the floor for daily operations
  • Managing and supporting the team
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints
  • Forecasting rotas, training, recruitment, team and menu development, and managing P&L
  • Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Promoting organic growth and continuous improvement within the team
  • Leveraging strong commercial acumen to maximise restaurant performance

  • Financially savvy, ensuring both business and financial growth

  • Experienced in openings and project management on a similar scale
  • Minimum of 5 years in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment
  • Demonstrates clear career progression, ambition, and a well-rounded skillset
  • Proven success in developing a high-end restaurant from financial, commercial, and customer perspectives
  • Possesses a big personality, enjoys interacting with the team and guests
