London, United Kingdom The Ned Full time

Are you a people pro with a passion for attracting and helping our managers hire the best talent available?

Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned’s Club, a private members’ space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.

Do you want to join one of the best places to work in hospitality?

As an integral part of our People and Development team, you will:

  • Attract and identify top talent for all roles at The Ned
  • Write creative job adverts and attraction campaigns that align with our employer brand and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Regularly meet with business leaders to understand upcoming recruitment needs and strategy
  • Coach and guide hiring managers on attraction methods and interview processes to deliver an amazing candidate experience
  • Work in collaboration with the Talent team to evolve and grow our employer brand
  • Utilise data insights to improve our processes and provide insights for future workforce planning

What you can bring to the role:

  • A background in sourcing high quality candidates across multiple departments, preferably as part of an in-house function
  • The ability to build strong relationships and coach and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process

  • An operational background, or experience in a relevant business is preferrable

What can The Ned give you?

  • Salary of up to £44,000 per year
  • Complimentary meals in our friendly team restaurant, Neddy’s, including monthly payday breakfast
  • Exciting learning and development programmes to help progress your career
  • Exclusive rates at The Ned for staying and eating for you, your family and friends
  • Wellbeing and health benefits to keep you in top shape, including our Benefit Bank (hosted by Reward Gateway) with 1,000 discounted retail partners, Cycle to Work, and gym discounts
  • Your birthday off after a year of service and more holiday after five years
  • Paid volunteer day
  • Regular social events, including an annual pool party
  • Employee assistance programme – 24/7 advice and support
  • Reward and recognition initiatives

At The Ned, we don't just celebrate our diversity, we challenge ourselves to do even better. The Ned is committed to being the best place to work, and ensuring that we have a leading diversity, equity and inclusion programme is central to making that vision a reality.
