Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned’s Club, a private members’ space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.

**As an integral part of our People and Development team, you will**:

- Attract and identify top talent for all roles at The Ned
- Write creative job adverts and attraction campaigns that align with our employer brand and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Regularly meet with business leaders to understand upcoming recruitment needs and strategy
- Work in collaboration with the Talent team to evolve and grow our employer brand
- Utilise data insights to improve our processes and provide insights for future workforce planning
