- Proven experience in employer branding, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital channels.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and insights to inform recruitment marketing strategy.
- Fluency in digital and web technologies, including CMS, Photoshop, Canva, and other relevant tools.
- Commercial awareness and ability to optimize return on investment in recruitment marketing efforts.
