We are looking for a skilled Benefits Specialist to join our established Performance & Reward team. You’ll contribute to the further development and implementation of benefit design and policy ensuring we remain an employer of choice.
Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. We facilitate talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

In this role you will:
Support benefit policy design and seek opportunities to introduce operational efficiencies across the team. Assess the effectiveness of benefit policies and processes and pro-actively recommend new and innovative approaches and solutions. Take a lead on operational change delivery and risk management, including by identifying opportunities to introduce operational efficiencies across the team and enhance the user experience across the different platforms and benefits that we offer. Provide expert guidance on requests for information on benefit policies, processes, and procedures. Provide expertise to review and interpret the results of employee surveys and market benchmarking, be able to summarise key trends for stakeholders in P&R and broader HR and consider how the results should be applied to local benefit strategy. Support with the design and project implementation of the P&R benefits agenda, with particular focus on: Time off Company cars Lifestyle benefits Flexible working RequirementsTo be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
Deep benefits domain experience, evidenced through contributing to the strategic development of benefit policy and supporting the end-to-end delivery. Skilled project and stakeholder management, with excellent communication skills producing well written business cases/proposals. Comfortable working in an environment with competing priorities and a fast pace. Agile mindset, data literate, with the ability to support a broad benefits portfolio with an action orientated approach (focus on outcomes and results). Experience of delivering Benefits and Pensions in a large, global matrixed organisation with internal delivery partners (, HR Operations). Ideally an understanding of pensions and/or Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) from a benefits perspectiveThis role is based in: London or Birmingham with hybrid working.
