An exciting opportunity has arisen for an People & Culture Administrator to join the University’s People & Culture Department.

The post holder will be responsible for all administration relating to the employment lifecycle of employees and visiting staff. This will include dealing with end-to-end recruitment along with generalist and transactional P&C requirements and supporting Employee Relations issues.

The post holder will support the updating and management of the P&C MI system in a timely manner to ensure that data is accurate and up to date and will be expected to develop a good working knowledge of systems and processes in order to facilitate improvements.

We are looking for applicants with excellent administration skills and experience, in particular covering the MS Office suite, with an eye for detail who thrive on handling a busy and varied workload. An interest in working in P&C and pursuing a career in this area are key, as someone who shares our understanding of the vital importance of effective administrative work. The successful candidate will report directly to the Admin Team Leader and will also work closely with the Director of People & Culture and the P&C Assistant team.
