Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives
- Lead the HR function and team
- Monitor, update, and advise staff and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Manage the production of relevant information for managers and the Board of Trustees
- Ensure the monthly payroll process is completed
- Recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of staff and volunteers
- Annual staff appraisal and staff survey processes
Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum
Location:Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes region
