Stats Perform is the market leader in sports tech. We provide the most trusted sports data to some of the world's biggest organizations, across sports, media, and broadcasting.

Through the latest AI technologies and machine learning, we combine decades' worth of data with the latest in-game happenings. How our customers use our data?  

Media outlets add a little magic to their coverage with our stats and graphics packages.  Sportsbooks can offer better predictions and more accurate odds.  The world's top coaches are known to use our data to make critical team decisions.  Sports commentators can engage with fans on a deeper level, using our stories and insights. 

Anywhere you find sport, Stats Perform is there. However, data and tech are only half of the package. We need great people to fuel the engine. 

We succeeded thanks to a team of amazing people. They spend their days collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from a wide range of live sporting events. If you combine this real-time data with our 40-year-old archives, elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry, and a host of 'behind the scenes' support staff, you've got all the ingredients to make it a magical experience

Responsibilities:

Overseeing all aspects of compensation management and the data and processes for the same, including salary review, performance review, bonus programs, long-term incentive programs, salary and skill/job level benchmarking, and more globally.  Managing our benefits schemes globally, including purchasing, negotiating, and renewing plans and packages, managing pension and 401(k) schemes. Driving strategy and implementing efficient business solutions in Reward in line with our goals of always offering high-quality service and support to our global employees and investing in and retaining key talent Effectively managing and motivating a total team of circa 5 people Partnering with HR Leadership Team on key initiatives related to total reward and HR data, as well as offering information and tools to support recruiting and employee experience and engagement.  Ensuring efficient responses to all total reward queries and tickets, offering transparency into HR plans and cycles, and taking accountability for reward and HR data-related issues This is not an exhaustive list of duties as other responsibilities may be required in the Reward Director scope.

Required Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree (HR, finance/accounting, relevant post-graduate qualification, or other related degree) Experience overseeing or supporting a global total reward function (US, APAC, EMEA, LATAM) – US knowledge and experience essential.  Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and compensation program administration, including up-to-date knowledge of external reward trends and developments Experience managing a team of 3 or more direct reports Experience interfacing with employees at all levels of an organization, from entry level to executives and directors
